Who we are

This policy covers sundeepk.in, including the portfolio site and the UX Audit tool ("the Service"), operated by Sundeep K.

Information we collect

• The website URL you submit for a UX audit.
• Your email address, when you unlock the complete audit report or contact us.
• Payment details — these are collected and processed directly by Razorpay, our payment processor. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank account details ourselves.
• Usage data such as pages visited and general browser/device information, collected automatically via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which use cookies.
• Contact form details (name, email, subject, message) if you reach out via the Contact page.

How we use your information

• To run the UX audit — the submitted URL's page content and screenshots are analyzed, including by Anthropic's Claude AI, to generate your report.
• To process payment for the complete audit and generate your report, which is ready to download immediately after payment (a receipt confirmation is also emailed to you).
• To respond to enquiries sent through the Contact page.
• To understand overall site usage, in aggregate, via analytics.

What we store

Audit results (your score, category breakdown and top priorities) and order records (the audited website, your email, and payment status) are stored in our database. We do not store website screenshots, raw page HTML, or the complete PDF report itself — those are generated per request or prepared and delivered manually.

Third parties we work with

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Anthropic — AI analysis of the page content you submit for audit.
• MongoDB Atlas — database hosting for audit and order records.
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — site usage analytics.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by reaching out via our Contact page.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
