What this policy covers

This policy applies to the paid Complete UX Audit (₹999). The Free Preview costs nothing, so no payment, cancellation or refund applies to it.

If report generation fails

The Complete Audit is generated automatically immediately after payment — a real crawl of your website combined with AI-assisted analysis, rendered into a PDF report. If that process fails and no report is successfully generated for you, you're entitled to a full refund — simply contact us referencing your payment and we'll process it.

Once your report has been generated

Once your Complete Audit report has been successfully generated and made available to you, it is considered a fully delivered, personalized digital service and is non-refundable, since the work has already been completed and handed over — this applies even if you have not yet downloaded it, since the report itself was successfully produced.

Payment issues

If you were charged more than once for the same audit, or a payment failed but you were still charged, contact us with your payment reference and we'll investigate and refund any incorrect charge. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
