By using sundeepk.in and its UX Audit tool ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service is

The UX Audit tool provides a Free Preview — an instant, automated analysis of the single page you submit — and a Complete Audit (₹999), delivered automatically as a downloadable PDF report immediately after successful payment. Acceptable use

You may only submit a website URL that you own or are otherwise authorized to have analyzed. Submitting a website you do not have permission to test is prohibited, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an audit or order at our discretion.

Payments

Payments are processed in INR via Razorpay. The price shown at the time of purchase applies. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and refunds work.

No guaranteed outcomes

Recommendations in the report are advisory, based on automated analysis and professional UX judgment. They are not a guarantee of any specific business outcome, such as increased conversions, traffic or revenue.

Intellectual property

The complete report is licensed to you for your own business or internal use. The underlying analysis methodology, tooling and report format remain the property of Sundeep K.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its recommendations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
